Tsavo Accounts Limited
Named after Tsavo National Park in Kenya, Tsavo Accounts Limited was setup on 1st February 2000 to provide accounting services to trust and corporate services providers, local companies and sole traders.
Tsavo Accounts prides itself on its personal service. Diane meets with all clients personally to ascertain their business needs, to help them to achieve their full potential.
The client portfolio is diverse ranging from property holding and investment companies to the local takeaway shop.
Diane Carter has many years experience in accounting having trained and qualified with Coopers & Lybrand, now part of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
After qualifying Diane owned and worked for a private Trust and Accounting company. Other roles have included being a director of an aircraft leasing company, financial controller of an employee benefits scheme for Auto Glass and a part-time examiner for ICAEW training courses.
In 2000 Diane set up Tsavo Accounts Limited to provide a ‘one stop’ accountancy shop for local businesses, with fixed agreed fees. Her accounting experience is extensive from basic bookkeeping to the preparation of the yearend financial statements and their associated tax computations and returns, forecasts, budgeting and management accounts. In addition she is experienced in all company secretarial matters, statutory returns, manpower reporting, payroll, ITIS and GST.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
